Shipment and returns
Sending your order
A delivery time of 1 – 2 working days applies to all our products. For your order you do not have to pay shipping costs for delivery in the Netherlands, we will take care of these 😉. For delivery in Belgium there is a surcharge of EUR 2.95 per order
Easily track your order
After the package has left the warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your order. For smaller products that are sent as letter post, you will not find Track & Trace in the shipping confirmation. You cannot track these shipments.

Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the product.
Do you want to return your order?
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you have notified us of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. Defect upon receipt?
Did you receive a defective product? That is of course very annoying! If you report the defect to us within 48 hours of receipt, your purchase will in most cases fall under the DOA scheme. As soon as we have received the defective product back, we will exchange it for a new product. Before you know it, you will have the new product in your home and you can now really enjoy it. You can arrange the return of a defective product by sending a request to info@partyornaughy.nl
